Trailer Sales
- All outside salespersons will be working from home. In lieu of road visits, we will be conducting business via telephone and email to limit potential exposure and encourage social distancing.
- Please schedule an appointment to view a trailer. We will have the trailers easily accessible and have an inside salesperson meet you outside to answer any questions while maintaining a safe distance.
- For pending deals, please contact the Sales Manager to arrange an appointment. We will make every effort to provide documents eletronically. Physical meetings will be decided as needed.
Parts Sales & Delivery
- Outside salespersons have halted making road visits and are now working in the office or helping make deliveries. If your salesperson can't be reached, please call the office to speak to an inside sales representative.
- Please place parts orders over the phone or via email, as our parts showroom is currently closed. For pickup, parts will be placed in a staging area outside.
- Orders will be placed on customers accounts. If you do not have an account, a valid credit or debit card can be accepted over the phone. All paperwork will be brought out to your vehicle. If you would like to open an account, please email acomeford@utilityne.com.
- We are still currently delivering parts and are taking proactive measures to ensure safety. Parts will be delivered outside in customer designated areas only, and paperwork will be left with the parts and emailed. Our drivers carry sanitizing wipes and gloves in their trucks at all times.
Service Customers
- Please call upon arrival to our facility. A service employee will meet you outside and direct you where to drop the unit.
- Upon completion of an estimate, the customer will be notified by phone or email for authorization of work.
- Invoicing of repair work can be charged on customer account or via valid debit or credit card by phone.
Administration/Main Office
- We are not currently accepting visitors in our administrative and main offices. Special consideration will be taken on a case to case basis.
- Accounting questions/payments can be taken over the phone or email.
